- Meditation bench/cushions/mat, if preferred

- Please wear comfortable clothing
- No previous experience with meditation, mindfulness or self-compassion practice is required to attend this course
- Participants should plan to attend every session, including the half-day mindfulness retreat
- Places are limited to 8 people
- You will be asked to complete a registration and background information form
- $350 per adult, including learning materials.
