For noting
  • No previous experience with meditation, mindfulness or self-compassion practice is required to attend this course
  • Participants should plan to attend every session, including the half-day mindfulness retreat
  • Places are limited to 8 people
  • You will be asked to complete a registration and background information form
  • $350 per adult, including learning materials.
