
Melita has a particular interest in human behaviour, specifically shame resilience, vulnerability, connection and sincerity. Melita has been cultivating a mindful approach to life since 2013.
Melita enjoys photography, vintage shopping and making jam in her spare time. She lives in Canberra, Australia with her partner and their son.

- 2024 – Diploma of Counselling (working towards) – Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors
- 2023 – Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (psychology major, advanced psychology and sociology co-minors) – Swinburne University of Technology
- 2022 – Certificate in Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Children – completed with Wellbeing For Kids. Recognised by Meditation Australia and the International Institute of Complementary Therapies
- 2017 – Teacher-in-training in Mindful Self-Compassion – sponsored by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion and the Center for Mindfulness at the University of California (San Diego)
- Current ACT Government working with vulnerable people registration
