Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) for Adults

This program was developed by Drs. Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, and combines the latest research on self-compassion and mindfulness with ancient heart-based wisdom. It is typically delivered as an 8-week course, but can also be adapted as a one-day workshop.

Rapidly expanding research shows that mindfulness and self-compassion are strongly associated with emotional well-being, lower levels of anxiety, pain and depression and more satisfying personal relationships and enhanced self-care.

After participating in this program, you’ll be able to:

  • Easily integrate mindfulness and self-compassion practices in daily life
  • Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism and judgment
  • Experience deep satisfaction and meaning in your relationships
  • Practice the art of savouring and self-appreciation
  • Deepen an authentic and loving relationship with yourself
  • Be your own greatest ally and support in times of stress and anxiety
