What to bring
  • Meditation bench/cushions/mat, if preferred
  • Notebook and pen
  • Please wear comfortable clothing
For noting
  • No previous experience with meditation, mindfulness or self-compassion practice is required to attend this course
  • Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early. Please do not attend if unwell
  • Participants should plan to attend every session, including the half-day mindfulness retreat
  • Places are limited to 6 people
  • Full payment is required upfront to secure your place
  • Bookings close 2 weeks prior to start date
Cost
  • $595 per adult, including learning materials.

PayPal and bank transfer also accepted. When paying by credit card you are still required to complete the registration form below.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made up until 2 weeks prior to the first session will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled after this period will not be refunded, but may be transferred to a later course, within 1 year of original booking.
  • Missed sessions will not be refunded, but summary and resources will be provided prior to the next session.
