For noting
- No previous experience with meditation, mindfulness or self-compassion practice is required to attend this course
- Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early. Please do not attend if unwell
- Participants should plan to attend every session, including the half-day mindfulness retreat
- Places are limited to 6 people
- Full payment is required upfront to secure your place
- Bookings close 2 weeks prior to start date
Cost
- $595 per adult, including learning materials.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up until 2 weeks prior to the first session will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled after this period will not be refunded, but may be transferred to a later course, within 1 year of original booking.
- Missed sessions will not be refunded, but summary and resources will be provided prior to the next session.
