
This program will help parents/carers connect with family members and reduce daily stress by using their own strengths, along with evidence-based mindfulness strategies.
It consists of four two-hour sessions, and will include mindfulness activities and meditations to do in-session and at home.
- No prior meditation experience needed.
- Suitable for parents/carers with children of any age, all parenting styles and family structures.
- One, both or all parents/carers are welcome, however not suitable for children to attend.
- Inclusive and respectful group setting.

- Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early and attend all sessions, unless unwell
- Full payment is required upfront to secure your place
- Bookings close 2 weeks prior to start date
PayPal and bank transfer also accepted. When paying by credit card you are still required to complete the registration form below.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up until 2 weeks prior to the first session will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled after this period will not be refunded, but may be transferred to a later course within 6 months of original date.
- Missed sessions will not be refunded, but summary and resources will be provided prior to the next session.
