Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

Failure. Overcommitment. Shame. Regret. Burnout. Inadequacy. Inner conflict. Conflict with others. These experiences are an inescapable part of life. However, we’re not always equipped to respond to ourselves kindly when they arise, which increases our struggle.

What mindful self-compassion can do for you

This program was developed for adults by Drs. Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, and combines the latest research on self-compassion and mindfulness with ancient heart-based wisdom.

Rapidly expanding research shows that mindfulness and self-compassion are strongly associated with emotional well-being, lower levels of anxiety, pain and depression and more satisfying personal relationships and enhanced self-care.

“The workshop was grounded in rationality and real life, and the fact that it all made so much sense helped me to connect to everything we covered. Melita’s calm, kind presence made me feel safe enough to open up.”
