For noting
  • No previous experience with meditation, mindfulness or self-compassion practice is required to attend this workshop
  • Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early. Please do not attend if unwell
  • Places are limited to 6 people
  • Full payment is required upfront to secure your place
  • Bookings close 2 weeks prior to start date
Cost
  • $295 per adult, including learning materials and catering

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made up until 2 weeks prior to the workshop will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled after this period will not be refunded, but may be transferred to a later course.
